As a senior leader within healthcare, I have become respected as someone who continues to engage others in the discussion around enhancing outcomes through a focus on diversity. I am known as an authority on leadership development through coaching and mentoring around building strategic networks and alliances to achieve results. As co-founder of Inspire Mindset MD, I have become an expert on enhancing performance through coaching and consulting around the development of competent and confident women leaders.  I specialize in and have a passion for assisting women navigate successful career transitions.
