Debrah worked with me through a very difficult time in my career, a time when I was feeling quite stuck and paralyzed to make any changes. She helped me recognize the reality of my situation, and work through the possibilities of my future. She was able to guide me towards the decisions that had to be made before I would be able to move forward. I have just begun to move forward and I believe her coaching will enable me to continue to move forward, and avoid getting stuck again.
